Notice A Change?

Our previous fee schedule was confusing to many. Because of this, we have altered the basic formula. Hopefully this will make it more simple for families to calculate their tuition costs.

Crossroads Christian School's fees are annual. There are no monthly costs. Fees are good for one calendar year or one grade level, whichever comes first (fee is not reduced for mid-year enrollments). Fees are due at time of enrollment. Unfortunately we cannot accept payments. Below listed fees are effective immediately.

For Students in Grades Kindergarten through 8th:

$75.00 for each student.

For Students in Grades 9th through 11th:

$100.00 for each student

$100.00 for each previous year in high school needing acceptance (example: student enrolls in eleventh grade and wants ninth and tenth grade credits applied toward graduation. A charge of $100.00 for ninth grade credits and $100.00 for tenth grade credits will be added).

For Students in Grade 12 (or graduating year):

$150.00 for each student during their graduating year (includes diploma, padded diploma cover, and tassel). We will provide four transcripts at no charge. There will be a $5.00 fee for each additional transcript after the initial four. This must be paid in advance.

Discounts for more than one child:

20% off the total tuition cost for families enrolling more than one student.

Note: The discount is not applied to grade 12 (graduating year) fees. The additional students must be siblings living at the same physical address. No discount is given to the credit acceptance charge for high school students.

Additional Important Information:

Fees cover one calendar year or one grade level only. If one's child finishes a grade level in less than 180 days and begins another, new fees will need to be sent. If one's child extends a grade level beyond a calendar year, new fees will need to be sent.

For example: Susie, a seventh grader, enrolls in Crossroads in May. Her enrollment is paid for until the following May. She has a full year in which to complete seventh grade. Susie, however, is an accelerated student and wants to progress more rapidly. She finishes seventh grade in December and starts eighth grade in January. Her parents would need to submit new enrollment forms and fees for eighth grade in January.

Transferring Students:

Any attendance earned from a public or private school prior to enrolling with CCS will be applied to the current school year.

For example: John enrolls in CCS in November 2005. During the months of August and September, John attended Lakeshire Public High School for 20 days. Those 20 days earned at the public high school during the 2005/06 school year will be applied toward CCS' 180-day requirement for that same school year.

There are No Refunds. Our fees are kept at a minimum. The majority of the work done for your child is at the time of registration. Because of this and the need to keep our costs low, we do not offer refunds. If one believes they will immediately put their child into public school, we suggest postponing enrollment in Crossroads until a final decision is made. Fees subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be included with the enrollment in order for it to be processed. Payment may be made in the form of a money order, personal check, or PayPal online payment/credit card option. There is a $25.00 returned (includes closed accounts and stop payments) check fee, and the tuition with the returned check fee must be made in the form of a money order. Any declined PayPal payments may also have a service fee applied. Student will be withdrawn from Crossroads until the tuition and returned check fee are paid. We do not accept credit card payments through fax or phone.

NOTE: Once you are logged in to PayPal, you simply use the SEND MONEY tab and our email address ccsrecords@cox.net to send quick and secure fee payments. Don't forget to add your student information in the NOTES: section!

We are concerned about the widespread abuse of credit cards in today's society. We encourage families to pray before they use their credit cards to be certain it is the right thing for their family. For the convenience of the husbands and wives in agreement we do accept credit cards through PayPal. This is a free service. We do accept money orders and checks. All fees are non-refundable.

Did You Know?
	Our fees have only been increased three times. The first time K-8 was increased by five dollars. Grades 9-12 were increased by ten dollars. The second time grades K-8 were increased by ten dollars, and 9-12 by twenty dollars.

FYI
	With all the enrollments we have processed, there have only been a few cases of returned checks. Friends in the business community are amazed. What can we say? Homeschoolers, even those who make an occasional mistake, are wonderful!
