Semester reports should be sent in no earlier than 90 full school days and no later than 6 months after enrolling (and after first semester report is sent). Failure to report in a timely manner may result in removal from CCS (or additional default fees). Those choosing the annual reporting option should submit reports promptly after completing 180 days of school.
At Registration:
All forms should be filled out completely and signed by both parents or as specified.

| Note: If the parent plans to have the child take a standardized test, they are not required to submit lesson plans or samples; however, we would like to receive a few samples of the child’s work to help us in better knowing the child. The parent must inform us that this is their intent as soon as possible, and if they change their mind, it will be their responsibility to submit lesson plans and samples for the entire year. Standardized tests may be purchased from Bob Jones University Press, School of Tomorrow, Bayside School Services, and your local homeschool support group. NOTE: High School students are required to submit English writing samples (essays, compositions, or research papers) for their permanent files, even if Standardized Testing is chosen. |
